LONG TERM RENTAL INFORMATION

Long term rental periods are normally for a minimum of 11 months (in coastal or tourist regions). The prices on our website are monthly, and are based on this period. It may be possible to rent for a shorter period, perhaps 4-5 months over the Winter, this would depend on the owner and availability. The client will need to sign a rental agreement, reflecting the conditions and contract period. Rent is paid 1 month in advance and normally a 1 or 2 month deposit (depending on the owners agreement), required as a deposit against any damage or misuse (normally refunded following a departure inspection by the owner). There will also be an fee paid to the agency. Any utility bills are charged separately and paid for by the renter. Community fee’s (if applicable) and IBI (council tax) are normally included in the monthly rental and paid for by the owner. If the client has pets, this would need to be agreed to by the owner, and every owner has a different opinion! If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
